CHILDREN (under 6 year-old)
Children under 6 year-old is free of charge, limited for one (1) CHILD, sharing the same room with parents.
A surcharge of 114.000vnd per night will be applied to the additional CHILD occupying the existing in the same room.

CHILDREN / ADULT (from aged 6 and above)
A surcharge of 227,000vnd per night will be applied to the additional person occupying the existing in the same room.

We have two kinds of room reservation: Online booking and offline booking.

Online booking: This is when you book your room directly through our website.
You will choose your period of stay and type of room through our website. When you make your booking, you will be required to provide your credit card details. The first night of your accommodation will be charged at the time of booking. The balance of your accommodation charge (if any) will be payable at check out from the hotel.

Offline booking: This is when you book your room via the booking form on our website.
When your request is submitted through the booking form, our instant reply email system will send through an email to let you know we have received your enquiry. Our reservation clerk will then check room availability and a confirmation email will be sent out within 24 hours.

To guarantee your reservation, our hotel policy requires a deposit for the first night. For this we use the online payment service called Onepay. If you do wish to proceed and secure the booking we will send you further information regarding Onepay.

The balance of your accommodation charge (if any) will be payable at check out. The fee for credit card use is 2.75%,  we accept Master card and Visa card only.

Alternative Payment Options:
Payment by Cash, Travelers Cheques or Credit Card (Applied if you are in Vietnam)
Payment by Bank Transfer to our banks (Applied in both cases you are in/ not in VN)
Payment by Credit Card with Authorization letter (Applied in both cases you are in/ not in VN)

Disclaimer:
Whilst we endeavor to process your booking request, unfortunately at times we are unable to finalize your request within this limit. Circumstances that may cause delays in replying to you include international public holidays and time zone differences. In the other cases, such as high season for tourism (not easy to hold the room), if we do not receive payment on-time, we have a right to cancel your reservation(s) automatically.

Hotel Room Reservations
For room reservations please note the following charges apply where cancellations occur within these timeframes:

- Cancellation outside 72 hours of arrival: there is no cancellation charge.
- Cancellation within 72 hours and outside 48 hours of arrival: the first night of all rooms reserved will be charged.
- Cancellation within 24 hours of arrival or non-arrival: the full charge for all rooms booked will be charged.

Note: To guarantee your reservation, the first night of your accommodation will be charged at the time of booking. The balance of your accommodation charge (if any) will be payable at check out from the hotel. If you cancel your booking outside 72 hours of your arrival date the first night charge will be refunded to you within 20 working days. Regrettably, cancellation charges occur for cancellations inside 72 hours of your arrival date. To apply for your refund you must contact us by email.

Transport and Tour Services
We incur charges when we arrange tours and travel tickets. Where a transport or tour service is cancelled, the following cancellation charges will apply:

- Train and Bus tickets: Cancellation before 48 hours, 20% of ticket price we will be charged. Cancellation after 48 hours, we will charge the full ticket price.
- Air tickets: we will arrange refunds in line with airline refund policy.
- Tour and transport services: all clients pay a deposit on booking the tour and the deposit will be retained as a cancellation charge.

Refund
All requests for refunds in line with the cancellation policy above must be received in writing by email. Where a refund is due, it will be refunded to your bank account within 20 working days, less any bank fees incurred by Hoi An Pho Library Hotel making the refund. If you book service at any hotel, when you would like to cancel, please contact by email address. Example: if you book room at Hoi An Pho Library Hotel, send to the address sales@localhost
